DIGITAL GOVERNMENT · E-GOVERNANCE · CYBER RESILIENCE
Digital Government & Cyber Resilience
Digital government creates value only when public services remain dependable, trusted and resilient. Cybersecurity therefore has to be embedded in architecture, governance, procurement, service continuity and operational accountability—not added as a final compliance layer.
Security-by-design for public digital services
Integrate identity, access control, logging, data protection, segmentation and resilience into the design of citizen-facing platforms.
Critical service and dependency mapping
Understand which applications, networks, data centres, cloud services and external providers are essential to service continuity.
Cyber resilience and continuity
Define recovery priorities, minimum service levels, tested backups, incident escalation and restoration responsibilities.
Governance and accountability
Clarify ownership of critical services, residual-risk decisions, incident authority and cross-organisational dependencies.
Data logs and forensic readiness
Ensure that security-relevant evidence can be protected, retained and used for investigation after an incident.
Programme and procurement oversight
Bring cybersecurity and operational resilience into RFPs, architecture reviews, implementation monitoring and acceptance criteria.
