Complex technology decisions often require an experienced, independent perspective beyond the interests of individual vendors or implementation teams. My role is to help leadership understand the technical, operational and governance implications of important decisions.

Review technology strategy, target architecture, major dependencies, resilience requirements and alignment with organisational objectives.
Programme health and implementation review
Assess delivery risks, architecture drift, vendor dependencies, governance, operational readiness and corrective priorities.
Procurement, DPR and RFP review
Examine technical requirements, security provisions, service levels, acceptance criteria and long-term operational implications.
Digital-infrastructure decisions
Advise on data centres, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, resilience, continuity and security considerations.
Cybersecurity transformation
Help leadership prioritise controls, governance, capabilities and investment based on realistic risk and operational consequence.
Independent executive perspective
Provide senior management and boards with a vendor-neutral view when decisions involve significant cost, risk, complexity or public-service impact.
The objective is not to replace internal teams, but to provide experienced independent judgement at the points where decisions carry the greatest consequence.
